A dark green glass unguentarium vessel with tear shaped body used to store perfumes.

Roman, C. 2nd Century AD.

Size: 16 cms.

Condition: Repaired in the middle. Some surface loss.

Provenance: Sir Francis Sacheverel-Darwin, Breadsall Priory, Derbyshire, 1786 - 1859.
