A nicely detailed Attic lekythos with a single handle, short neck with out turned rim and tapered bulbous body, decorated with two warriors in combat at the center each with a crested Corinthian helmet, with the one on the left holding a round shield and spear. The warriors are flanked by a leaf with shield to center while the shoulders are decorated with apotropaic eyes.
Origin: Athens, C. 6th - 5th Century BC.
