An extremely attractive Apulian Greek black glazed Gnathia-ware epichysis with a broad body and high arched handle. The opening of the long spout is molded with two heads in relief. The body is painted with the bust of a woman whose hair is bound in a kekryphalos (Hair Style). She is surrounded by curling tendrils in added gold and white paint.
